North Cape May - If the incumbent Ward 2 councilman retains his seat, and is in for a full term; you better believe things will change, and not for the better. The only reason the sidewalk project was curtailed was the political reality of Councilman Neville not being re-elected. As Mayor Beck stated at a council meeting, the project is off the table for now. This is why Ward 2 needs a person who won't flip flop, and whose actions speak louder than his words.
