North Cape May - I went to the Lower Township recycle center April 17 and was asked to show ID to prove that I am a township resident or taxpayer, and to show proof with a gas or electric bill, etc. I must say, it's about time the township got on the ball and started doing this. The residents and contractors from Cape May have been dumping their trash and yard waste here for years. Good job on this and keep it up.
