I want to know if Lower Township is paying for the new sidewalks

North Cape May - I want to know if Lower Township is paying for the new sidewalks in front of people's homes along the bayfront. If they are, they will be getting a bill from me for $6,000 for my new sidewalk and driveway because of tree roots on the piece of property I don't even own but was told I had to replace because it was a trip hazard. If they are getting new sidewalks at taxpayers' expense just because it's the bayfront, there's going to be a dispute looming.
