I thought Social Services in Rio Grande was supposed to help peo

North Cape May - I thought Social Services in Rio Grande was supposed to help people? Instead, they treat people who are having a tough time even worse by making them feel one-foot tall. Not every situation is the same. Don't they teach that? Not everyone who needs a hotel voucher is a drug addict especially when there is so much under the surface you don't know about. I suggest the state spends some money to issue worker sensivity training.
