I, for one, applaud the start of work on the Beach Drive walkway

North Cape May - I, for one, applaud the start of work on the Beach Drive walkway. As a full-time resident, I can confirm that the road is unsafe year-round for pedestrians. Those who say we should "leave nature alone" should consider making changes with greater impact, such as using their cars less and their feet more (or, any means of getting around that doesn't consume fossil fuels). Good news, soon, you'll be able to do that more enjoyably and safely on Beach Drive.
