North Cape May - I learned a lot about working in a nursing home as a CNA. I learned that you will be overworked and underpaid. That if someone doesn't like you because you're a hard worker they will lie and cause you to lose your job. You pay into a union which cannot save you from losing your job. You often work short-handed all the time. You're threatened on a daily basis. I learned that if you report to your supervisor that you have a problem with being harassed by a co-worker you will be branded a "tattle tale." If I go to work to be made to take care of people I don't need added stress.
