North Cape May - I know this conversation is going to the dogs, but during the 'dog days of summer,' these lovely animals do not belong on the sun-drenched beach, barking at fellow dogs and little children, panting and whining. They belong in a cool corner inside their owner's home with a bowl of water nearby.
