North Cape May - I know in this community we have such wonderful programs like the Arc of Cape May County to help adults with disabilities but who do we report to when some of their residents who have severe mental issues cause problems in stores and scare kids making crazy statements? Cause that's what happened to me recently and I spoke up and said something. Can't use the excuse that they "don't know any better" all the time. They need to be held accountable for their actions.
