North Cape May - I have lived in the vicinity of Roseann Ave. for two decades where flooding streets and homes have been my reality. I have been visited by endless politicians stating that they would correct the problem to no avail. This format gives me the opportunity to thank Perry, now our council person, for keeping his word to correct a problem that has gone on for so many years. Councilman Perry is a mover and shaker who has kept his campaign promise under duress from the former council people who promised a solution, but unfortunately have done nothing.
