North Cape May - I have been a professional dog trainer for over 20 years and can say with conviction that many breeds can injure or kill other domestic cats or animals, especially large breed dogs. Although pit bulls have the worst reputation, many other breeds can bite or attack. The bottom line is EVERY dog owner is responsible to make sure their dogs are contained. We are fortunate we have a wonderful police department and animal control. All dog owners need to be responsible, especially if they own large breed dogs which can frighten the public. Training is critical with large breed dogs.
