North Cape May - I hate to pop a spouter's bubble, but the last administration in Lower Township didn't cause any problems in North Cape May. The sidewalk project went through, and now it is a viable beach to use away from Cape May City and the traffic has tripled. That drove up the house prices and taxes, and owners like myself were forced to rent during the summer to make ends meet. So, if they want to point fingers, look at the present township manager and council. I'll have to rent my house out for another month if the aquatic center gets put in because the taxes will go even higher.
