North Cape May - I get a kick out of the "non-essential employees" not having to come to their "jobs" whenever there is a partial shut down of our government for weather, etc. If they aren't essential, why do they have these jobs? More government waste?

Moderator's Note:
There is a lot of work in private industry and in government which is important but not time-sensitive. Perhaps the term, non-essential, is a misnomer.
