North Cape May - I found a Wildwood Crest spout very amusing comparing the training of a police officer to lawyers and doctors. Doctors and lawyers are highly paid monopoly professions that for all practical purposes perform services that are structured to their compensation over the interest of the customers/clients/patients. The police officer, in contrast, is the front line official who ensures that lawyers and doctors can be protected in their highly structured and highly compensated professions. Police officers' decisions are always questioned, not like the doctor or lawyer.
