I feel bad for a North Cape May spouter with the doggie doo prob

North Cape May - I feel bad for a North Cape May spouter with the doggie doo problem on their lawn. I saw a couple comments online suggesting the homeowner put up signs or a fence. Why isn't it the responsibility of the dog owner to keep his dog from defecating on their property? Put the blame where it is due. Let's stop encouraging/accepting bad behavior. I myself am occasionally a victim of this.
