North Cape May - I don't think it is fair that just because you live in a certain apartment complex that you should get a free pass when it comes to the law or the rules. I find it a little unfair that some people are not held to the same standards as others because life has been "not so easy" to them or they kept failing because of their own self destructive nature. Most people pay roughly $800 or less but are still selling drugs, doing drugs or have various criminal charges pending. A lot of their tenants run around this town like the cops won't arrest them too.. what can be done to fix this?
