North Cape May - I don't have a problem with dogs barking all day, but instead when they bark when my family is trying to sleep, between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., which is actually worse because we get woken up, and can't get back to sleep. I tried calling animal control and had no luck. They just made the owners get a dog license. The police don't seem to want to be bothered and show up an hour after being called, so it seems we will never get a full night's sleep.
