I don't get how homeowners around me get away with paying their

North Cape May - I don't get how homeowners around me get away with paying their property taxes late or every two years and still have a house. They still come and stay every weekend with their boat, five cars, barking dogs, cases of beer, and a half dozen friends, and party all night, keeping the neighborhood awake, shooting off fireworks, and it's fine, and nobody can stop them. They do nothing to help the good of the community, just make it worse. But, are still welcomed by the township.
