I constantly see a DRBA (Delaware River Bay Authority) police ca

North Cape May - I constantly see a DRBA (Delaware River Bay Authority) police car driven by a person in plain clothes shopping at stores around Lower Township. I have also seen him at restaurants and fast food places, and the police car is always parked at two different apartment complexes visiting people. I hope this is not taxpayer's money. How can I get a job like this?
