I cannot understand why Lower Township needs four different buil

North Cape May - I cannot understand why Lower Township needs four different buildings for its elementary school system. One holds pre-k and kindergarten, one holds first and second, third and fourth, and fifth and sixth, each of them paying big bucks to a principal in each building. We should have one principal for the full span of elementary-age students. It works in thousands of other school systems. Our kids are still only getting average to below average grades on state testing so multiple principals evidently doesn't help much. Use the money for extra teachers, learning tools, whatever, not high salaries.
