North Cape May - I believe the proposed swimming pool in Lower Township has already been voted down once, but will be on the ballot again for next month's election. Recently, I have seen "rack cards" prominently displayed in several places throughout the township advertising the Lower Township Aquatic Center. The cards are large, colorful and quite eye-catching, and very expensive looking as well. Do we know what person or particular organization is paying to have these cards printed and distributed?
