North Cape May - I believe the current township manager in Lower Twp is a very talented man who could do that job very well and often does. He just needs to read up on his job description under the provisions of the Faulkner Act, the current township form of government, and not involve himself in politics. He is there to carry out the decisions of the elected council. He is not an attorney, nor is he a decider. His strength seems to be public communication during emergency situations. Perhaps he needs more education in the scope of his position.
