North Cape May - I am tired, of dodging golf carts. They go through stop signs, you always wonder about people falling out when they are full .When they leave town they go from the shoulder out to the road and back without any signals. The man who went through the stop sign at Park blvd. today 8.18 was even on his phone looking all around as he was talking. For safety reasons can there be some regulations.
