North Cape May - I am with a North Cape May spouter all the way regarding a nursing home that is understaffed and underpaid. You make more money flipping burgers than taking care of someone's loved one, who also becomes a part of your heart. Pushed to the limit, short handed all the time, same people call out or disappear off the floor, and nothing happens. Everyone gets frustrated. We pay for a union that does nothing for us but take our money. We need help. The heads need to come out of their offices and get on the floor and observe, not for two minutes, for a day in a nurse's and CNA's shoes!
