I agree with the spouter about how people abuse the use of handi

North Cape May - I agree with the spouter about how people abuse the use of handicap license plates: Their spouse or parent passes away and they continue to take advantage. Can't something be done? I know someone whose significant other passed two years ago, that still rides around with the same plates, taking advantage. Who do we report this to?
