I agree with the Cape May comment that owners of E Bikes should

North Cape May - I agree with the Cape May comment that owners of E Bikes should be required to have a license plate and driver's license to operate those bikes. I own a full-size motorcycle and while riding along Beach Drive in North Cape May, two E Bikers "blew by me" on the wrong side of the road. I was doing the speed limit, wearing a helmet and obeying the law. One other note. If one falls off a motorcycle or an E Bike at 25 to 30 MPH, there is a good chance for a head injury among other things. Neither one of the E Bikers were wearing helmets. Accidents waiting to happen.
