North Cape May - I agree 100% with the Spouter from North Cape May regarding the need for speed humps on the through streets in North Cape May. Roseann Avenue is like the Daytona 500 since it has been resurfaced. It will unfortunately take a fatality for things to change.... Maybe! Speed humps have been proven to be effective. All those in favor, contact the Township and voice your concerns.
