I’d like to do a follow up about the “Lower township” drunks spo

North Cape May - I’d like to do a follow up about the “Lower township” drunks spout. My husband and I were coming out of the grocery store a couple days ago, and there was a man sitting on a bike, (downing) little bottles of booze he had in his pocket. He must of came out of the liquor store. He rode half way across the parking lot and we watched him just drop them in the street. Ironically there was a trash can about 10ft from where he was drinking them. This is truly pathetic! Our town will start to look like parts of Phila before long, littered with trash. My opinion, quit selling these little bottles.
