North Cape May - How would body worn cameras violate Miranda rights? Questioning can exist with or without them. Miranda exists to protect the Fifth Amendment rights of self-incrimination for an individual who is in custody and being questioned. The cameras have nothing to do with custody or interrogation and, if anything, can better document a violation of invoked Miranda rights. Don't just throw buzzwords around that you see on TV.
