North Cape May - How long must N Cape May residents put up with out of control middle school teens harassing neighbors and vandalizing property. They roam around all hrs of the night with a small child in tow. Township Police know who they are and where they live. Clearly there is no parental supervision. It’s time for police to contact Social Services and do a welfare check of a certain residence.
