North Cape May - How come employees who have worked at a company have to get their hours cut to cater to foreigners? Most are guaranteed 30 hours a week with a contract. Then you are asked to train them. But all management can say is "there is nothing we can do, our hands are tied." So you have to fight a language barrier and the constant complaining of how tired they are from riding their bikes and actually having to work! And when you ask them to do something, they forgot. How about you take care of your locals first who live and pay taxes here? These young kids will eventually be going home.
