North Cape May - How come certain nursing homes are allowed to use adults from The Arc to save money? Granted most only work in the kitchen, but if they can't read, or understand what is being asked of them, or have violent outbursts, or are nervous, it really slows down production. It's very bad for everyone involved. There is being patient and having understanding and then there are times that a foot has to be put down.
