North Cape May - Hey Lower Township, ready.....So, you think the Dog doo and dogs on the Bay front is a problem? What about these tourists leaving their sun tan lotion, condoms, wine bottles, trash on the rock piles, Crack pipes, Needles, trash blowing around, human feces in holes, YES! This is what YOU brought to Lower Township. Back in the 60's, 70's and 80's we didn't have this problem. Now that we have made North Cape May, "little Avalon", it's getting worse every year! Glad I'm moving, the citizens got just what they wanted! And to think, you were worried about the poor dogs!
