North Cape May - Here we go again with the "free for all" on Lincoln Blvd. Cars, trucks and motorcycles racing up and down with no consideration for residents who are forced to endure the noise and safety risks. I had many conversations with ferry and local police who just shake their heads in sympathy but do nothing and the situation gets worse every year. Locals know and transients don't care, as they know police do little or nothing to stop it. Larger 40 mph signs or one that lights up indicating motorists' speeds would be a great help, but they turn a deaf ear to any suggestions for improvement.
