Got to feel sorry for the Prop.

North Cape May - Got to feel sorry for the Prop. Owners Association; the three-quarter mile stretch of beach they own will now be the dumping ground for people who don't want to follow the rules applied by the township beaches. The township has deep pockets to maintain and police their beaches, but what will happen to the POA? Cape May, years ago, purchased private beaches that were contiguous to theirs. I don't think the township thought when they purchased the beach on Beach Drive that chaos would prevail with no meaningful solutions.
