North Cape May - A gentleman in a Villas Fire Dept. vehicle and his lady friend parked out front of an commercial establishment. Went inside and left his car there. Look at all the empty spots. Disgraceful!

There was a picture included with this spout which showed the vehicle parked in front of the establishment instead of parking where everyone else parks.
