North Cape May - To the few people I've heard and read bashing the bayfront walk project, I don't know why you think that most people are against it. That hasn't been my experience at all. Maybe most people are afraid to speak up in favor because of the often nasty backlash they've received. Safety and preserving the environment are real and must be addressed. The council members are doing their job and the bayfront is there for the enjoyment of all the residents and summertime tenants. Vacationers add to the local economy. Have you ever seen people and cars trying to navigate the street together; it's frightening!
