North Cape May - Every time I head down Lincoln Ave. to the bay, I wonder what the township was thinking by allowing the permit for that yellow utility building to be constructed two streets from the bay. This is a residential neighborhood with many people trying to improve their homes and properties. This structure is not an improvement in this area. It makes the property look like it is housing farming equipment.
