North Cape May - Even though we were outnumbered 30 to 1, the people of my neighborhood were victorious at the last council meeting. The locals with dogs were asking way too much. All we were asking for is a few hours without dogs running all over the beach and we got it, thankfully. Speaks volumes to how bad it really is/was on the Bay.
