North Cape May - As a dog walker on Beach Drive in North Cape May, I am glad that the township has provided doggie bags and refuse containers, on Beach Drive, for those who need one; however, what saddens me is to see a man get out of his car, put on his flashers, walk to the doggie stand and take bag after bag from the supply. Use one if you need it, but don’t take your weekly supply from the township.
