Does anyone know why the LTMUA guys can just dig up in front of

North Cape May - Does anyone know why the LTMUA guys can just dig up in front of your driveway, push the dirt back over and leave a cone? How about finishing the job and stop blocking my driveway. Three times this has happened to me. At least put some cold patch over it, and giving us a heads up before you start digging up the road so we can move our cars would be nice.
