North Cape May - Del. Bay beaches free from rules and crowds. Is this a good thing? As a life-long resident, I have to say that the summer months along the bay front are confusing, chaotic and dangerous; not to speak of the labor involved to maintain the basic services. Who is paying for the freebies and freedoms? Are these out of town folks spending money in our twp.? The township can't even maintain the main street along the bay; the street sinks at spots, the street is not delineated to the 50' width. Council will try to fool us, but all of the taxpayers will pay the freight.
