North Cape May - As a current member of the Property Owners Association of Town Bank, I think it is time to sell the beach property to the township, since the association no longer has the funds to insure, maintain, and manage the property. With the current work being done to transform the bayside, it is time for the POA to step aside and let progress continue without getting in the way. The POA had no problem with the sale of the beach property years ago from the Mitnick estate, so why should they continue to be an obstacle going forward? Be thankful that the township charges nothing for Whale of a Day.
