North Cape May - A couple of weeks ago an illegal dirt bike rider was killed in Philly. In this week's Herald, I see a 16 year old riding an illegal dirt bike was killed in Cape May County. For years the police in Middle and Lower haven't done anything to stop teens from this activity; unfortunately we'll see more fatalities as a result. I know they can't chase them- that's dangerous-- but ask around, everyone knows who they are. Go to the homes and confiscate the bikes. The law allows for such confiscation.
