North Cape May - City of Cape May citizens have large amounts of money and have high property values. They should pay more because they have more. Schools help everyone and Cape May is selfish. This sounds like the talk of Karl Marx. The logic goes: We have the children, many that are not cared for, and we control how the money is spent. We don't have to be fiscally responsible, but the city of Cape May will pay the freight for far more than it's share. Sounds fair to me. School education is not even covered in the Constitution. Where is the responsibility?
