North Cape May - Can someone please tell me how a "skilled nursing facility" can continually work understaffed and brush it off only to tell their employees to "do the best they can?" You're burning your good employees out mentally and physically while paying them well below their wages or forcing them out by using bullying techniques when they go against the union. You forge documentation to cover mistakes you made and union lawyers don't do anything to save you! You can report to state officials to only have your request fall upon deaf ears. Please, state officials fix this problem!
