North Cape May - Can someone please explain the logic regarding child pornography and the new bail reform? How can someone who possesses and distributes child pornography, had their home raided, proof found, the alleged criminal(s) confesses and is released on a summons? No bail. This happened in January 2018. They are still walking the streets. Another man was recently arrested in Middle Twp. for possession of child pornography. Proof was found on his electronic devices, according to police. He was released on a summons. How is this possible?
