North Cape May - Can Lower Township or someone please fix the traffic signals at both Sandman and Sheriff Taylor boulevards, and at Breakwater and Shunpike roads? The sensors to trigger the signal change will do so even when there is no traffic warranting it, and the main drags (Sandman and Breakwater) will be stopped for an excessive period for no reason. It's especially annoying late evening and early morning where you're the only car on the road!
