The beach property on the West side of Beach Drive is not all ow

North Cape May - The beach property on the West side of Beach Drive is not all owned by Mitnick estate. There are many other lots that are owned by various people. Why did they not benefit from the quarter million dollars from the Frank Stewart Foundation? How can the township lay claim to these properties? Was the purchase of the property legal? Were the other property owners notified? What legal rights do they have on the taxes being paid to the township? This purchase should be reviewed.
