North Cape May - Bayshore Road, near the Motor Vehicle Commission, in front of Crest Savings Bank, is so bad that you have to drive the shoulder. I know for certain that Lower Township police officers and county officials drive down this road over a dozen times a day. Why haven't they done anything about the potholes and bumps? There isn't even a sidewalk for people to walk or ride their bikes, so you must walk the shoulder, and vehicles come very close, even cop cars, to hitting you trying to avoid damage to their tires.
