North Cape May - Are not Cape May, Cape May Point and Diamond Beach in Lower Township? Why are they allowed to have different rules regarding dogs on the beach? What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Could it be there are more important people in these areas? I also feel beach tags to allow dogs at certain times is still the best option. Free to residents and a fee for non-residents. A set of rules with each tag given when the tag is received. The cost would offset patrols and there would be no 'I did not know I was doing anything wrong.'

Moderator's Note:
Cape May and Cape May Point are not in Lower Township. They are separate municipalities. Diamond Beach is in Lower Township.
